Sup guys! I didn't move to Mars, I swear. Summer just has me in a chokehold, but looking to ease back into more blogging so don't give up on me k? Earthbound

I don't usually post fashion ad campaigns on here because they tend to be too formulaic for my design tastes, but this one is the exception. The amazing Amy Troost shot the Fall 09 campaign for Hussein Chalayan and I'm obsessed with how it turned out. The concept revolved around the name of the collection, Earthbound, showing finished pieces alongside notes and visual references. It's so great to see Iekeliene in this too!

Babewatch

Images from Vivienne Westwood's spring campaign have been leaked, and they are surprisingly good considering her model, Pamela Anderson. I'm not hating on Pam, but I would think Vivienne could book a more relevant star for her adverts. Either way, Ms. Westwood is also in the campaign along with her man Andreas Kronthaler, and by the looks of it, it was a pretty fun shoot.

I dig this campaign Playlust did for Zurich-based company ACRUSH. They make these sexy iPhone sleeves in lots of colors to protect your little babies.

Chloë Sevigny for Uniqlo

Style icon Chloë Sevigny is busy building her fashion resume these days. In addition to a collection she recently launched at NYC boutique Opening Ceremony, she is fronting the fragrance campaign for French fashion house Chloe, and is the new style advisor for Elle UK. Now, get used to seeing her face even more as she is featured in a new ad campaign for the Uniqlo UT Project shot by photographer Dan Jackson. Now in stores, the limited edition collection features unique t-shirts designed by renowned artists, designers, and photographers.
