Green with envy

I decided I'm not going to do the monthly global street style recaps anymore, but instead just post ones here or there that inspire me. Take this little lady for example...she was spotted by Streetpeeper in NYC recently wearing this awesome outfit. Her top is sort of Gwar meets a dragon from the future, and of course it's vintage. While I'm not sure I would have paired it with a white skirt, I think it helps give the outfit personality since it throws it ever so slightly off.
