On the cheap
Alter in Brooklyn just got in their shipment of Spring 09 Cheap Monday. I like all the pieces with zippers best. Alter is one of the few places I know of in NYC that carries a significant amount of Cheap Monday's line (beyond just the jeans) so definitely worth the trip to Greenpoint if you want a cheap, Swedish-infused update to your wardrobe.

i've never quite paid attention to cheap monday aside from their jeans. as a result of this post, i did a bit of poking around, and definitely liked what i found. thanks for the heads up. love this blog.
thanks roxanne! yeah if you look on their site, it's surprising how large their line is outside denim. it just hasn't hit the US enough cause everyone is so stuck on the cheap jeans.
