Here's your January dose of Japanese crazy, this time from Tokyo-bred label BANZAI. A giant stuffed tiger got it on with a jacket...while a matador watched. I like that the tiger looks to be a backpack at first glance, but is really attached to your back. Interested? The jacket is only available at Ilil in Tokyo right now, but its designer, Yoruko Banzai, promises he is "roaring towards large projects" in the near future so watch this man's blog!

Forget where I read this, but in some Southeast Asian countries, dudes working in the jungle actually wear tiger masks on the back of their heads and it looks kind of like this. The point being to scare off any tigers attempting to attack from behind.
Wonder if they got inspiration from this?
wow this is amazing. The styling of the photo is fascinating! Sort of has that marc jacobs ad going for it. I love this blog. Everything makes me...I don't know inspired!
