Form/function

A lot of my taste in fashion runs parallel with my taste in interior design. I'll tell you what makes me coo coo for cocoa puffs, and it definitely ain't Martha Stewart collection. Pretty much the country of Sweden has design of all kinds on lock, and I never get tired of that modern, minimal aesthetic. I recently came across the blog of Annaleena Leino, a Swedish interior stylist with mad skills. A few of her awesome creations just went for sale in her shop including these geometric clothing rails and decorative silver pyramids I'm kind of obsessing over right now. Keep an eye on this one!

Sit this one out

I've got a serious case of Peter Pan syndrome lately! Oh, what, you too? Then you might just want to bring that feeling of eternal youth into your pad. I'm obsessed with these chairs by The Campana Brothers, but who wouldn't be? I'd almost pay the probably absurd pricetag to have the opportunity to sit on plush sharks and dolphins at the end of the day and dream about magical underwater fantasies....or sit on the gator chair and wake up in a cold sweat thinking your arms just got chomped off.

Clearly, you weren't listening

I have and probably always will have a penchant for clear furniture and interior objects. Luckily I have Muji nearby to supply me with all the clear acryclic storage and decorating solutions I could ask for. I recently picked up some of their picture frames, currently framing one of the Spring '10 Comme des Garcons Shirt ads, and a box for my growing sunglasses collection. Muji is also a great place to get travel size containers for all your bathroom and makeup stuff, which I know can be a pain to find sometimes!

You're So Vain

I am kind of obsessed with these mirrors right now. I wish shipping wasn't so expensive or I'd get that evil smiley one. There are a bunch more designs from different artists as well as other products for your pad like flatware and wall decals. Get em at Domestic.
