I love discovering new brands- especially ones that are fresh and won't drain my account. Costume Dept is a new LA-based company that makes fashionably loud leggings in all kinds of patterns and fabrics. Many are deadstock materials rescued from the fashion district of LA, which often limits the run to around a dozen for each style.

These are not for the faint of heart! Choose from not-so-subtle styles like hologram forest, city serpent, or kenya chic, then throw on a tunic and you're out the door!
