Bringer of joy

Karen O's performance outfits never fail to ooh and ahh me cause her costume designer, Christian Joy, is a pure genius. So I was stoked to see the designer recently opened an etsy store selling one of a kind handprinted pieces made in her studio in Brooklyn. The collection of tops, dresses, scarves, and tights are meant to resemble Joy's work as a costume designer, but are a lot more wearable of course.

I love this religion print the most, which repeats "Joy" amongst listing some of the countless religions on this planet.

This fringe scarf is amazing too, modeled by Elizabeth of The Trashicist (who interns with Joy).

Saw the Yeah Yeah Yeahs on Thursday - pretty sure Karen O was wearing one of the text scarves for some of the set!
