To celebrate the start of the Olympic Summer Games today, one of my favorite downtown boutiques, Opening Ceremony, will be open for 3 days straight with plenty more than shopping to do. The full schedule of events is available here— among them are Olympic-themed manicures, astrological readings by Susan Miller, and Double Dutch lessons. There is literally something for everyone, and it gives you the excuse to take a peak at some of the new goods they have in store like the gold and silver Nike Air Max 1. Plus the beginnings of the Japanese takeover should be on its way, so its worth the trip to Soho, even if it's at 4:11am on your way home from the bar.
