Rainy Giveaway?

5,000 of these YSL totes are supposed to be passed out today from 11am-7pm around Soho, Union Square, and Times Square containing this season's Manifesto. Do you think they are still out there in this crazy rain monsoon? If anyone sees the YSL elves, please let me know!
