Swamp thing
I saw this fringe tank on topshop.com and something about the placement/length of the fringe is eerie, but it makes the top all the more interesting. Fringe at the bottom of tops has been done to death since the 80s so it's cool to see it in a new way- a possible DIY for sure (do I need to even say that?).

i agree about the placement/length issue - the fringe begins awkwardly at the chest region.. not sure if i could pull it off. excited to see your take on it, though.
we shall see. i am going to wait until the hurricane calms down at the new topshop before venturing down there.
