This is how you do a rainy day
When I wake up and it's raining, it sort of bums me out and thus sets the tone for the whole day, including how I dress sometimes. Maybe if I had a fun umbrella and a silly hairdo (like this girl's that is perfect for the humidity), it would make it so much better!

but argh they dress so well.
at least it probably not raining AND like 0 degrees like it is here in Stockholm- that really blows out my fashion fire ;)
