The genius hands of RosenMunns

Now here's a rad concept that turned out pretty awesome. San Francisco-based designer duo RosenMunns created a one-of-a-kind oversized sweatshirt dress, and then a lightbulb went off. They decided the garment wasn't complete, so they got in touch with Anica in collaboration with another local boutique, Light Vision, and hosted a B.Y.O.P. collaborative fashion party (that's bring your own pin) where friends and guests contributed to the finished product.

The end result, complete with a monsoon of pins, is up for grabs in Light Vision's shop.

Seeing this piece made me curious of what RosenMunns was up to for fall. A see-through top and pants are on the menu, along with nipple ring tees (for those of us that don't want to get the real thing pierced?). But back to the pants- I'm intrigued by the concept that instantly brings to mind Comme des Garçons Fall 07 range with the 3D hand details. RosenMunns certainly have clever minds and seeing how different their fall line was from their spring line of sweatshirt tops and pants, I can hardly wait to see what's next.
