Melted popsicle

I don't know, I don't really "get" Topshop Unique's spring collection. There's a few pieces that have potential under different styling circumstances, but I couldn't get past the West Coast Americana theme and the 2nd grade hairdos. The one beacon of hope for me came in the form of this long airbrushed tube dress, with strategically-placed abstract rising sun design. So refreshing and simple, and perfect gear for summertime.

Yeah, I didn't really like that collection either. I'm actually kind of "meh" about the whole season so far... I'm getting pretty tired of bodycon dresses and I'm REALLY not so sure about the whole football/Alexander Wang thing.

I TOTALLY agree with you.
The Unique collection was a huge WTF... as well as a lot of the collections I've seen so far from London.
Hopefully the season will take a turn for the better.... SOON

I kind of agree, but I like thinking of it as "blue collar chic." Its a little "punk" in that way -- taking things like denim or canvas and making it stylish.

But Fawn Lust - I'm SO in agreement with you about football/Alexander Wang. Muy unimpressed.

the hair was definitely out of place-but I liked the use of color and some of the jackets. Not a must have by any means though.
And those shoes were a total Lim knockoff.
